And there are no age limits on this contest when it comes to that (other than no porn). It's just like artistic nudity is absolutely allowed, unless you're a minor, and then you don't get to show yourself off nude (this is just an example, not what I'm pointing out is going on here). But that's really the only possible problem I can foresee, personally. To reiterate, minors in their underwear. Of course, if they wore their underwear outside of their clothing (which sounds stupid, but omgwtf, we saw kids like that at the mall once o_O), that's totally different, hehe!
